Ori S. Blumenfeld
Ori S. Blumenfeld joined my law firm in October of 2010. Ori is the managing associate attorney in the Chapter 11 Department. He was admitted to the State Bar of California on December 2, 2008, and the United States Supreme Court on January 11, 2016. Ori graduated from UC Berkeley in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. He received his J.D. from The University of West Los Angeles School of Law. While in law school, Ori clerked at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, working on unlawful detainer cases on behalf of tenants. Ori currently serves on the Board of Managers for The University of West Los Angeles. Prior to joining my law firm, Ori worked at Wilson & Associates LLP, primarily handling chapter 11 matters. Ori served on the Los Angeles County Bar Association Board of Trustee’s as the Barrister Trustee and was Chair of the Barrister’s Networking Committee. He is also the Co-Chair for the Anti-Defamation League’s NextGen Young Leader’s Program and is also a member of the USA Lawyer’s International Soccer Team. Ori has been selected to the Super Lawyers – Southern California Rising Stars List for 2014-2017. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected to receive this honor. In 2015-2016, Super Lawyers recognized him as a Top 100 Up and Coming Attorney in the Southern California Rising Stars. In February of 2015, Ori was elected as Chair of the Human Relations Commission for the City of Beverly Hills. He is also a member of the Beverly Hills Mayor’s Next Beverly Committee, Beverly Hills Rotary Club, and the Steering Committee for the Friends of the Hebrew University. Ori is fluent in Hebrew.
